If you’ve ever questioned the claims on a food label, you’re not alone. What does natural mean, anyway? It’s a confusing world of terms, and without knowing specific definitions, they are meaningless. We’ve been taught to make better choices by reading labels and comparing products, and while it’s good practice, read on to brush up on some of the lesser known definitions.

School Lunch Tips

Although we’re just saying goodbye to July, it’s not too early to start thinking about heading back to school.
