New Regulations for EVOO

If you’ve ever been confused when shopping for olive oil, you’re not alone. Beginning in October, standards for those descriptive terms such as extra virgin, light and cold-pressed will go into effect. These changes are intended to help the consumer make a more informed choice about which olive oil is best for their taste. Here’s to easier shopping.
